Size helps. Explosiveness decides.
Natural speed and strength for smaller ballers. Frankie is smaller than many and technically great. This is how he closes the gap: mindset first, age appropriate speed and strength, real food, proper rest. Natural only.

Speed first. Strength next. Skill rides along.
Taller kids win the first three steps on size. We win them back with explosion. Every session follows the same order.

This is Frankie on the pitch and in training. Drill talk-throughs on this site use a separate sprint coach voice. We never clone his voice.

Who it’s for
For the smaller kid with the bigger engine.
Frankie started out at Shellharbour Junior Soccer Club and has trained at the Luke Wilkshire Football Academy for nearly three years, often playing up an age. Against taller kids the first three steps decide everything. So that is what we train.
- Built for ages around 8 to 12
- Fifteen minutes a day, always beside club
- Body weight only. Age right and safe
- Kids log it. Parents see every score
Fuel
Empty tank. Slow first step.
Real plates from Frankie’s kitchen. Nothing fancy. Everything on purpose.
